If I want to hire you to design a website for me, how does the process work?
It's quite simple, really. Just contact us via e-mail and we'll be happy to set up a phone consultation at your convenience. We'll talk about what you're looking for in a website and if desired, we'll be happy to design a page sample for you free of charge, according to your specifications.
Upon agreeing on a reasonable fee that is satisfactory for both parties, we'll provide a simple contract and develop your website.
I'm a little nervous about paying upfront before I see the final product. How does your payment system work?
We do not expect payment up front. If a contract is in place, you are not obligated to make payment until your site is completed and ready to launch and you are fully satisfied.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Are there any fees or extra charges?
No. We charge one flat fee for the full development of your website as previously agreed upon, as well as a low fee if you need us to acquire a domain name and hosting on your behalf. Otherwise, the only other expense is a small annual fee for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of your website, unless you choose to maintain it yourself.
If I'm not happy with the layout when it's presented and would like changes to the design, are there extra fees?
Absolutely not. You're paying us for a website design you are completely satisfied with. Whether you're happy with the very first presentation or request multiple revisions before launch, the fee remains the same.
How long will it take to build my website?
That generally depends on how large and coding intensive you'd like your website to be. It also depends on materials we may need from you the client, such as pictures, graphics or any other information you would like us to include in your website. However, if you have a pretty good idea of what you're looking for and are able to supply your materials in a timely manner, a website can generally be completed and ready for launch within 1 to 4 weeks.
